a beach club and hotel situated in the northern part of Sri Lanka, a mecca for wind surfing tourist.  The development features sea facing restaurant, a pool bar and suites. The rectilinear forms represents the laid back lifestyle of surfers but still provides modern lifestyle. The concrete structure ensures that it would endure the salty atmosphere and clad in low cost bamboo for that indigenous warmth.
