2018. The Renovated house is built on a 180 square meter plot oriented to the west. Done with a prescribed cost, the design approach is to save all and retrofit existing structure.  The half gambrel roof is supported by the old beam at the low point. Stacked like multiple blocks, the facade was kept with minimal openings to block direct sunlight from the west, while the rest of the house was opened up for light, space and passive air.
